The Georgette restaurant is certified Maître restaurateur and Culinary College of France . These labels guarantee the quality and freshness of dishes and products. Georgette's cuisine is entirely homemade, on site using fresh, seasonal produce , by our chef.
ECOTABLE
Our quality canteen Judy and our restaurant Georgette have obtained the Ecotable label , the first sustainable and eco-responsible French catering label . As an Ecotable restaurant, we are committed to adopting, over the long term, an approach that respects the environment and health .
GLUTEN FREE
In 2021, we inaugurated a workshop entirely dedicated to the manufacture of our gluten-free, lactose-free and refined sugar-free products such as bread, pastries, but also detox cures and cold-pressed juices. Products to eat on site in our restaurants but also to take home thanks to our quality grocery store.

In our restaurants, the cuisine is entirely homemade .

At Judy, we pride ourselves on quality cuisine . Being qualitative means having a taste for good products and making a conscious choice of what is good for yourself, for others and for the planet! A philosophy of life that we owe to Dominique Gassin , an Australian naturopath specializing in micro-nutrition and who signs the Judy card.

Behind the name specialty coffee hides a high-end coffee whose green coffee beans must be perfect.
Beyond a taste experience, specialty coffee is differentiated by exemplary traceability and preparation by experienced baristas . We serve specialty coffee in our Loulou Paris & Antony and Judy restaurants.
MIXOLOGY
Cocktail creation at Coolangatta is an art form! Our bar establishments are staffed by experienced mixologists who are true artists behind the counter! Like chefs, our mixologists are passionate about taste and balance. They live through their creations, constantly inventing and imagining new, original, surprising and spectacular recipes.
